Order Processing and Delivery Times
Oxcloth clothing is produced and fulfilled through our specialist fulfilment partners. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for your order to be processed, produced and prepared for dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated shipping times are:
UK: approximately 3–7 business days
USA and Canada: approximately 5–10 business days
Europe: approximately 5–10 business days
Rest of World: approximately 7–14 business days
These are estimated delivery times after dispatch and are separate from our processing and production timeframe.
During periods of increased order volume, processing may take longer than the estimates above. If an order is experiencing a significant delay, our customer support team can provide an update on its current status.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a short period for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be dispatched separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number or delivery.
Current Fulfilment Notice
We are currently working through a higher-than-normal volume of orders. As a result, some orders may require additional processing time.
We are actively working to return processing times to our normal service levels and are prioritising outstanding orders for fulfilment.
Customers placing new orders should allow for the processing and delivery estimates stated on this page when ordering.
