Measurement Guide

Unsure how to measure your body and apply it to the size chart? Check our handy guide below on how to measure the main areas of the body needed for your perfect fit.

To measure chest size for men's shirts, wrap a flexible tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, just under the armpit.

To measure waist size for men, wrap a flexible tape measure around the natural waistline, usually just below the belly button.

To measure bicep size, flex your arm at a 90-degree angle. Wrap a flexible tape measure around the fullest part of the bicep, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
